The luxury residential apartments being provided as part of The Movement will soon be available to buy off-plan. Demand for apartments in ‘Prime Place’, located towards the Norman Road end of the site, is expected to be high.
This project has been led by Greenwich Partnership LLP, a joint venture between Wilmott Dixon and The Hyde Group.
Prime Place compromises a wide range of highly individual homes for private sale in a mix of one, two and three-bedroom apartments, ranging from 538 sq ft to 1157 sq ft. Housed in an architecturally striking ten-storey building, the apartments are designed in a contemporary open play layout.
Prime Place is expected to be completed by the end of 2013. Prospective buyers should register interest as soon as possible.
